The "Platform" refers to FeedxBoost, a SaaS application for education and sports management. The "User" is any person who accesses or uses the Platform. The "Organization" is the entity (school, club, tutoring center) that manages its own area within the Platform.
By registering and using the Platform, the User accepts these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms, notifying users of significant changes.
The Platform is provided for educational and sports management purposes. The User agrees to: use the Platform lawfully and ethically; not share access credentials with third parties; not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform; not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
All content on the Platform, including software, design, text and logos, is the property of FeedxBoost or its licensors. Content generated by the User (data, reports, feedback) remains the property of the User or their Organization. The Platform grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service.
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for: indirect losses resulting from Platform use; temporary service interruptions for maintenance; actions of third parties that compromise User data outside our control.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before resorting to the competent courts of Portugal.

The FeedxBoost mobile app for iOS and Android is an extension of the Platform and is subject to these same Terms. By installing and signing in, the User authorizes the app to: (a) load Platform content in a secure WebView; (b) receive push notifications when authorized by the operating system; (c) open deep links (Universal Links on iOS, App Links on Android) that route the User to specific Platform pages. The User is responsible for keeping the app updated to receive security fixes.
