How does the 7-day trial work?
The 7-day trial is on the Personal plan. You get that plan in full for a week, with your real students. At the end you either subscribe or the account goes inactive — we do not charge you for doing nothing.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Signing up and the Personal trial do not ask for a card. You only enter payment details when you decide to subscribe.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from your own account and without talking to anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and can export everything before you go.
Do you issue invoices? Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every payment produces an invoice with your billing details, available in the account. Yearly billing is 30% below twelve consecutive months and is charged once a year.
What happens to the students’ data?
They are hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with daily backups. We process the data as a processor under the GDPR: it is yours, you can export or delete it at any time, and it is never sold or handed to third parties.
Can I switch plans mid-way?
You can move up or down whenever you want. The change is immediate and the amount is adjusted pro rata for the time left in the paid period.
